Consciousness is all there is, has been, and ever will be.

It already is everything and doesn't need to evolve.

What's more, it can't evolve because it's already the field of infinite possibilities.

Consciousness contains the very concept of evolution within it.

Health, we only really notice it when it's gone, but while we're "okay", do we truly appreciate how valuable our health is?

The health of the body, the mind, the soul... we are whole beings when we consider all these aspects. If we focus solely on physical health, as traditional medicine often does, we're leaving out parts that are so important for complete well-being that we'll continue to fall ill if we don't take them into account.

In this episode, I'm sharing the science, tools, and practices that are a fundamental part of my daily life for my well-being and holistic health.

Do we really desire inner peace? Why are we still looking for it outside of us?

For as long as we keep searching outside for what can only be found within, we are lost. For there is nothing outside.

Waiting to have peace when the world is at peace is pointless. Inner Peace can only be found within; then your world will be at peace, regardless of what is being manifested outside.
