KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Create a support network of reliable tradespeople and service providers to ensure your Airbnb business runs smoothly, especially during emergencies or repairs.
-
Finding trustworthy team members often comes from personal recommendations. Ask friends, neighbours, and other tradespeople for referrals to build your power team.
-
Focus on high-value tasks by delegating lower-value jobs, such as cleaning and laundry, to others. This allows you to concentrate on activities that generate more income.
-
Pay your power team promptly after services are rendered. Quick payment fosters good relationships and encourages them to prioritize your requests in emergencies.
-
Schedule regular maintenance for your property to prevent issues before they arise. This proactive approach can save time and money in the long run.
