Britta ist die Gründerin von Avalino Diversity, einer Anlaufstelle, die sich für mehr Vielfalt und Diversität in Kinderzimmern stark macht. Sie ist außerdem Mama, Familienmensch, Hundeliebhaberin, erfolgreiche Tik Tokerin, macht gesellschaftskritische Comedy und ist stolze Gewinnerin des „New Faces Award“ (Kategorie: Social Style Hero 2022).Wir erfahren von Britta, wie sie sich aus ihrem Angestellten-Verhältnis gelöst und hin zur Selbständigkeit entwickelt hat, was ihr „Mama sein“ und das Vorlesen von Gute- Nacht-Geschichten damit zu tun hatte und welche wertvollen Tipps und Tools sie fürs Gründen hat.
