Week 7-The Prosecution is struggling mightily, no witness to date has provided any overwhelming evidence of Karen Read’s guilt. Boston Patrol Officer Kelly Dever was a complete and utter disaster. She simply appeared to be lying, why is the only question. This witness actually used the words “False Memory” after saying she saw the Chief of police and ATF agent Brian Higgins for a long time, by themselves. What a S-Show! The week did not get any better for the prosecution as the week proceeded. Hank Brennan the “special” prosecutor, apparently grated on the jury, with his cross examination of Dr. Marie Russell, Officer Barros and Lucky Loughlin, Jurors were reported to be openly rolling their eyes at the prosecution, never a good sign. We finished the week with some substantial forensics from Dr. Wolfe and a laughable cross examination by Hank “Squeaky” Brennan. Corruption is on open display, cmon down! Please share this episode

What a week in Norfolk County,Massachusetts! The prosecution concluded their case in chief. What exactly did they prove. It appears that the Commonwealth has NOT proven the intent factor in the second degree homicide charge. The forensic case against Karen Read is shaky at best. Dr Welcher, an accident re-constructionist was the last witness called by the Commonwealth, was simply not what they needed. He came off as every engineer at a house party, Know it all, dismissive and insistent. He was forced to admit that he could not determine, on what body part John was first struck, where on the street John was standing, where John O’Keefe’s final resting place was. This case remains an incoherent mess for the Commonwealth. Please Share this episode!

Ahhh, The week of May 23, 2025 were to begin, the brain surgeon straight from central casting, who would not rule out death by accident? The state medical examiner who refused to call the case a homicide, despite hearing all the information surrounding how John allegedly died? (She also could not rule out death by accident)

How does the Judge allow a new report when witnesses have already testified to the original data? Massachusetts, that's how. Darryl "God" Whiting ran a 100+ member drug gang out of the Orchard Park public housing project in the early 90's. The operation is said to have overseen a 24hr a day crack distribution business, that wrought havoc in Roxbury. He was celebrated as a local hero, while simultaneously decimating the entire neighborhood. Darryl also had legitimate businesses and a thriving "Social Club" in Grove Hall, however it was merely a front for selling drugs. "God's" reign lasted about 4-5 years, making at times $100,000 a day. The organization was ultimately penetrated by a maverick undercover Boston Housing police officer Jeff Coy. Coy and other cops brought the "New York Boys" down and the prison sentences were legendary. Darry Whiting received a life sentence for leading this sprawling criminal organization. Aiden Kearney's witness intimidation case appears to be in legal jeopardy, a witness has been implicated in conspiring with the elected D.A. and Jen Mcabe , a major witness in the Karen Read case. A bombshell affidavit was dropped by Turtleboy on Saturday morning, this document states among other things, That Katie Peter, was following Karen Read and Allen Jackson, around the seaport district, during the first trial and the witness to KP's behavior further stated, that KP threatened to change her testimony, unlesss turtle boy was in jail. Opening statements-there are substantial differences in how the Commonwealth says John O'Keefe was killed when Karen reversed her SUV up to 24MPH in 35 feet. A double homicide of armored car guards in 1994, revealed a professional crew of armed robbers from, Charlestown, Mass. The investigation that followed found an unrelenting string of bank and armored car robberies, that continued, even after this botched robbery that netted $500,000. The trial crushed the code of silence that the criminals had counted on, if it truly existed at all. The murder of two working class guards turned the local population against the crew. It begins! The retrial of Karen Read is underway, approximately 9-10 jurors have been seated so far. A full jury is likely to be seated this week. Judge Bev denied the defense motion for a police policy and procedure expert Mike Easter. The judge says that normal police procedure is within the common knowledge of laypersons?

The third party culprit defense has been winnowed down to two potential culprits. Brian Albert and Brian Higgins. Colin Albert can no longer be considered with this dynamic duo. Judge Bev seemingly believed testimony that Colin left Fairview, prior to John's arrival. Had that been definitively determined?
