SYNOPSIS:

For decades, locals have whispered about strange disappearances, dismembered wildlife, and a monstrous silhouette glimpsed in the fog. But the truth is far more horrifying than myth. Thirty years ago, under the cloak of secrecy, the U.S. government launched Project GENOME-X—a top-secret military endeavor involving DARPA, the FBI, and elite biotech firms. Their mission: to splice prehistoric DNA—recovered from ancient glacial cores—with human genetics to create the next generation of supersoldiers. Faster, stronger, immune to pain... and completely controllable. They failed. The resulting creature, designated Specimen B-7, exceeded expectations—but rejected control. Intelligent, adaptive, and eerily silent, it escaped the lab, vanishing into the sprawling wilderness surrounding the underground facility. To the public, the project never existed. To those involved, it became a nightmare they buried—literally and metaphorically. Now, in the present day, mutilated bodies are surfacing again. Something has awakened in the ruins of the old site.
