  • The Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, the Song Divine, is a treatise for everyone is a 700 verse Hindu scripture that is part of the epic Mahabharata. The Bhagavad Gita is set in a narrative framework of a dialogue between the Pandava Prince Arjuna and his guide and charioteer, the Lord Shree Krsna, an incarnation of Supreme Divine Consciousness. At the beginning of the ‘Dharma Yuddha’ (Righteous War) between the Pandavas and Kauravas, Arjuna, the great warrior prince, is filled with moral dilemma and despair about the violence and death of the war will cause in the battle against his own kith and kin.
