    In this episode 2, we will be discussing the COA, better known as the Cost of Attendance, Cost of Attendance or better known as a college’s “all in” sticker price. Most people are unaware that the COA is a determined by federal law, under the Higher Education Act, Sec. 472, 20 US Code Chapter 28. Knowing a college's official cost of attendance can be useful in comparing schools and formulating an effective and workable family budget and most importantly, help bridge the gap between their COA and the student's EFC, expected family contribution, which will be our next topic in Episode 3.
