In this episode we look into health and wellbeing. As Special Guardians, there are so many elements that rely on us to achieve balance, and so many things that need our attention, that we often forget to look after ourselves. Over time this can cause us to be less able to manage the external stresses, and can even lead to our own health being negatively affected. Here we take an overview of things to bear in mind in your day to day that are simple to implement when you're short on time, and can provide the needed mental space, particularly in the stressful moments, to foster a greater sense of clarity and personal stability, and enable us to better cope with any issue that may come up, and to better enjoy and support the darling little ones in our care. In later episodes we will go into greater detail about the specific implementation of some of the areas mentioned in this episode.
