Bill Wetzel turned his lifelong dream of owning a restaurant into reality with ACOCA Cafe & Roastery. In 2015, he purchased what was then known as "Beaners Coffee Haus" and, while preserving its core values, brought his own vision to life by adding a full-scale kitchen.
