We've heard and read many times the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 -- "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Do you know God's plans for your life and do you trust Him to get you there? Rest and find comfort in the all-wise God.

When we have a prayer request, are we quick to tell a friend? Is our next phone call or text to a prayer partner? Have we stopped to first take it to the Lord and let Him take the lead in helping us, helping meet that need? If we will take it step by step with God, He will meet the needs and even give us peace in the process.

Esther 4:14 continues to be a powerful verse. Esther prayed. But, she also knew that God was calling her to a moment. God moved in response to her prayers (and of those around her). And, He is moving now. Be encouraged, but also be challenged to step into the moment that God is calling for you.

Our flesh can certainly get tired or weary and then tempted to throw in the towel, quit. That's not God's plan for us. That's not His purpose for us. The age-old question "What is my purpose?" does actually have an answer. Are you surprised? One reason it's been so difficult to find is because we're looking in the wrong place. As we have journeyed together, we have learned that it takes surrender and humility to live for God. These certainly aren't qualities that the culture magnifies. (This narrows down our search, for sure.) It means we won't be seeking and finding our purpose in the culture or ourselves. So, let's keep searching and pursuing God together.
