    EPISODE RECIPE - Magnesium Body Oil:

    Ingredients:
    1 cup of distilled water
    1 cup of magnesium chloride flakes
    10 drops of your favorite essential oil (optional)

    Directions: Bring distilled water to a gentle boil. Remove from heat and stir in magnesium chloride flakes until dissolved. Allow to fully cool and add essential oil. Place into an 8 oz glass spray bottle.
