  • Episode Negative Three
    2025/06/15

It’s the end of the season (only because Lisa is going on holiday) and we’re going out the way we came in: slightly chaotic, over-caffeinated and with Katie wondering if anyone actually cares about our day-to-day lives. We consider deleting our early episodes (they’re character-building, right?), celebrate Lisa’s son passing his driving test (with strict two roundabout boundaries) and dip our toes into the world of AI - obviously, we’re experts now.

Thanks for sticking with us - see you next season for more nonsense.

  • My Second Favourite Lisa
    2025/06/03

Lisa, fresh off the high of being a guest on Joss Stone and Lemar’s podcast (A Cuppa Love), is still buzzing - and Katie’s recovering from hearing only one side of the convo (all the things, none of the context). To balance that conversation high, we dive into the topics of freezers, elephants and whatever else our brains tangent off to.

    Unfiltered? Always.

    Off-topic? Obviously.

Exactly what you didn’t know you needed? Uh huh.

  • There's a boat story coming
    2025/05/27

This week on Back to Me, Lisa gets a taste of the high life on a friend’s boat and decides she might actually be posh now. Meanwhile, Katie shares a story from the archives – let’s just say it involves a baby, an airport and a moment she’ll never live down (no spoilers, but… oof).

Meanwhile, BOTH Lisa and Katie get recognised in the wild (yes, fame has officially arrived), and naturally, they handle it with grace... or something like that.

Unfiltered chat? Always. Recognition on the street? Apparently. A boat story you didn’t ask for but absolutely needed? You're welcome.

This week, Lisa shares some quite brilliant tips and tricks for looking after your own mental health. Then things take a turn, Lisa casually admits to eating food before paying for it in supermarkets and we dive into the world of eggcorns – it’s all fun and games until someone takes something for granite.

  • You're More Tolerant and They're More Willing
    2025/05/14

This week, we’re talking sleep (or lack of it). From snoring partners to separate beds — yes, we’re calling for a rebrand of “sleep divorce” (watch this space) — Katie and Lisa dive into the realities of sharing a bed and when it’s ok to not. Katie attempts to name famous life coaches (with mixed success), while Lisa invents a new game: Which TV show has Katie not seen? Spoiler: it’s harder than you’d think.

PS we've switched to Wednesday launch days - Lisa says it'll be easy no pressure.

  • Why Is There Red Glitter In My Potato Bread?
    2025/05/08

In this episode of Back to Me, we dive into our stories of travel disasters (spoiler: Katie hates traveling), how she managed to lock poor producer Billy out of the house (awkward) and the power of stepping out of your comfort zone — according to Lisa, that’s where all the good stuff is hiding. We also talk about "the 99th email" and get into a very serious debate over whether Davina McCall actually replied to one of Lisa’s comments…

Expect laughter, bickering and the kind of unfiltered waffle you didn’t know you needed.

    2025/04/17

Lisa has officially peaked – Joss Stone followed her on Instagram. Yes, really. No, she hasn’t shut up about it. No we can't blame her (heart eyes emoji!) We also dive into the age-old debate: can you love the art but hate the artist? (Spoiler: it’s complicated). And we reveal our alter ego names – because obviously we’d be iconic even in an alternate universe.

  • The One Katie Calls Episode 8
    2025/04/10

In this week’s episode, we’re talking journaling habits, the emotional rollercoaster that is Adolescence on Netflix, meditation, spitting, showering, Thai massages... oh the list is endless.

Katie also confidently introduces it as episode 8, which… it isn’t. But we let her have her moment.
