Hello, and welcome to the Build Your Own Band (BYOB) Podcast! The podcast made for independent artists who want to grow their band in an organic, purposeful and self-determined manner.
In this first introduction episode, host Vince Soliveri gives you the "who", "what" and "why" of Build Your Own Band.

Who: Vince Soliveri is a producer, mixer and engineer who has been making records for over a decade. He has worked with artists such as The Dirty Nil, The Drew Thomson Foundation, Terminator, The Redhill Valleys, Respire and many more. His work can be found on labels such as Dine Alone Records and Pure Noise Records.
What: Build Your Own Band is a podcast that is meant to be a guide for independent bands on how to manage yourself, make smart decisions, spend your money wisely and ultimately be in charge of your band's path forward, and not just hope for a “big break” that may never happen.
Why: Build Your Own Band believes that when artists make wise choices that benefit the growth of their band, it not only has a positive impact on themselves, but also the community surrounding them. And that positivity is reciprocated back to the artist over time.
