Welcome to the Chamber of Commerce Use Case Podcast Episode for the Concourse Benefits Platform, where we’ll provide a high-level overview of what your Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade can expect by using the Concourse Benefits platform to run your member value-added benefits programs and extend additional value to your members down to the employees of your member companies.

Imagine a platform that is easy to implement, and can instantly add more value to your members, branded in your Chamber’s look and feel, all powered by a done-for-you automated benefits platform!
You can select pre-negotiated offers from supplier vendors that are already loaded in the offers marketplace. You can choose which ones you’d like to offer and unselect the ones you do not want. As new platform-wide deals get listed, you will be notified and have the opportunity to review each new offer and extend it to your members, or hide it.
You can also implement a new Member to Member Deals Marketplace, where you invite member businesses to provide unique deals and offers to other members. Again, at every step, you get to view, control, approve and monitor what deals and offers your members would like to provide.
Here is an example of a pre-loaded platform-wide vendor deal from 11SIGHT.
Think of 11SIGHT as an alternative to ZOOM, Google Meets, or Microsoft Teams, but with more features and options for small to medium-sized businesses.
First off, they offer their Premium Package at the Starter Package price for your members. That’s savings of $20 per month.
Next, 11Sight gives your Chamber of Commerce a Premium Package Account, free of charge. You can now potentially cut existing operational costs if you're paying a subscription for another virtual meeting SaaS service.
And lastly, they offer a perpetual revenue share on all of your member subscriptions. This now adds a new non-dues revenue stream that you can use to fund other aspects of running your Chamber.
Once you create your Chamber Profile, you will have a unique URL that you'll share with your members, announcing that they now have access more member benefits through your new member benefits portal. You never have to upload member data, spreadsheets, emails etc…. Just extend the invitation link to your members and they self-serve themselves to their new member benefits.
