We talked earlier this week about how much these time switches tend to make people anxious and stressed out. There are instances of Seasonal Affective Disorder and mood swings. . More people deal with strokes and asthma issues. Congress has tried to make changes to the whole Spring Forward, Fall Back thing for years.
