    This weekend, we have to deal with getting used to it getting darker earlier in the day, because it's the end of Daylight Saving Time. We talked earlier this week about how much these time switches tend to make people anxious and stressed out. There are instances of Seasonal Affective Disorder and mood swings. . More people deal with strokes and asthma issues. Congress has tried to make changes to the whole Spring Forward, Fall Back thing for years.
