    In this episode, we dive deep into why information alone doesn’t create transformation—experience does. If you’ve ever wondered why you know exactly what to do but still can’t follow through, you’re not alone. This conversation uncovers the hidden barriers that keep us stuck in procrastination and excuses, and how to harness your whole being—mind, body, and heart—to move forward with unstoppable energy.

    Mindfulness & Motivation—Not Opposites: Many think mindfulness (calm) and motivation (action) are opposites. They’re not. Mindfulness creates safety in your body, which unlocks your most powerful motivation: the Energy of YES.

    The 3 Legs of the Stool: Your mind is only 20% of your power. The body and heart are the other 80%. When all three align, you move from “I have to” and “I should” to “I GET to”—where lasting transformation happens.


    Moving toward your true desire: Most of us have a plan and a goal (True Desire) but feel stuck behind invisible brick walls of fear, self-sabotage, or doubt. You will learn mindfulness tools to tap into the most powerful motivator.


    Turn Up the Volume on YES to jump-start your motivation and keep you motivated for the long game. You can intentionally shift your energy. Focus on what delights you. Use breath, journaling, and visualization to amplify the feeling in your body.

    Your Energy Is Your Greatest Asset:

    You’ve done the strategy, the books, the coaching, but your energy determines your energy and keeping the promises you make to yourself.
