But hey, who needs stability when you’ve got kettlebells and stubborn optimism?

    In between lifting boxes and lifting weights, I reflect on the emotional rollercoaster of starting over at midlife: new routines, old ghosts, and the challenge of staying mentally and physically strong when life hits the reset button—hard.
