Rich Kessler is a director within Protiviti’s technology enterprise data and artificial intelligence practice and leads artificial intelligence governance and risk management. During three-decade career, spent largely in-house at financial services institutions, he's helped clients address challenges in emerging technologies, cyber security and privacy, data and information governance, eDiscovery and investigations, technology strategy, and operational risk management.
