Welcome to the 1st ever episode of the Running Dryy Podcast, Both Richard and I (Andy) are super excited to bring you our podcast, the aim is to bring you real conversations about Alcohol Free Living and Running, for both Rich and I these to things are our passion, they are core to our values and how we define ourselves today. In this first conversation we explore a little why being AF and a Running is so important to both of us, discuss what we hope to bring from the podcast and talk about my recent challenge of running 220km across Kenya.
