In this powerful episode, I sit down with special guest Kyndal Ray Edwards, founder of A Walking Testimony, who is currently walking across America for the second time to raise awareness for mental health and recovery. Kyndal shares his gripping story of transformation—from being raised in church and playing in the praise band, to falling into addiction, jail, and prison. In 2013, he set a goal to walk across America, and though life delayed the dream, he began his first cross-country walk in 2021 after being released from prison.
Now over 8,100 miles into his journey, Kyndal opens up about the pain he’s walked through, the lives lost to mental illness, and why he believes stepping out of your comfort zone is key to changing lives—both your own and others'. We dive into faith, purpose, and how obedience to God often begins in the uncomfortable.
This is more than a walk—it’s a ministry of hope, healing, and second chances. Don’t miss it.
