    2024/09/16

Eric is the CEO of Compass, an agency that supports adults with disabilities in California. He joined the mission of Compass when he saw that Sadie’s (his wife) dream would need to be a family affair. He wanted to lend his strength and skills to further the company’s mission and vision. He has the heart to see the staff live their dreams alongside of the clients. Eric holds his BA in Biblical Studies and his MBA from Columbia and Berkeley. Eric’s role is to provide stability to the staff and financial soundness to the organization. Eric and Sadie enjoy all aspects of home and business together in a spirit of true partnership. Eric and Sadie have three children: Trinity, Ryan, and Elayna.

Eric references"10x is easier than 2x" by Dan Sullivan - This book discusses the concept of setting ambitious, "10x" goals rather than more easily achievable "2x" goals in order to drive significant growth and change.

Cassandra works as the program manager of the ILS wing of Compass. She found her home at Compass in 2011 at the ripe ol’ age of 24. She began in the field in SLS, had a baby, was promoted to ILS Coach, had another baby and was promoted to ILS Manager. Her final promotion was not the result of a baby though, it was a result of passionately wanting to spread the magic of Siskiyou County across all counties and asking what more is possible in the years to come. Outside of work, she has the privilege of being a mother to my tribe of 4 incredible children: Hunter, Annalyse, Arianna and Bubba. She is a writer, kindness pollinator, adventure seeking hiker, and fierce advocator.
