When we feel like there isn't any hope or we feel like we have fallen to deep, never forget there is always someone there. As we go through life and we have trails and misunderstandings sometimes we can feel alone and pessimistic but as we continure to learn and to trust, we start to be informed and more opptomistic. We need to keep moving and pushing through and doing the hards things to get ourselves out of our deep hole. As we do this we start to look back and see how involved out Heavenly Father was and how Jesus never left us. Often times we think how did I even do life without this ceratin item or thing before and now we can't unsee things. As I continue to have experiences with my Savior I know that he wants me to continue to see with new eyes. As we do that we begin to have confidence peace which brings lasting Joy.

A Higher Joy

As we go through life I think every so often we feel alone, whether that be we don't feel like we fit in, we feel depressed, we are going through postpartum, we feel shame. There are so many different ways we can feel that lonliness. Even Jesus our Savior felt utterly alone because he had to to he would know how to help you and me. We are here on this earth to learn and grow and we often have to grow through this.

As I talk about the poppy flower and how much this flower means to me it helps me know that I truly am not alone. We bloom when we are ready and it doesn't mean we are any less if we are the last one to bloom. We are still just as beautiful as the other flowers. I also believe as we begin to start blooming others notice and they want to bloom as well, then soon enough we have this beautiful garden filled with flowers.

If you do feel alone, try and Remember the moments where you did know that Heavenly Father did notice you and that can be a reminder that he knows where you are at at all times. He sees you!

A Higher Joy

As we discuss the topic of trust, it is a matter of faith over fear. When you have been betrayed or hurt we need discerment to know when and if we can trust this person again. If we choose that, and we do want to build trust in a relationship again then there has to be a mutual understanding between two parties for trust to grow. If that understanding is there then we can break the bands that hold us hostage. We can use the power of discernment the Holy Ghost of when or what things we can do or what boundaries need to be set for trust to be re-built. Most often then not babysteps need to be made to go on this journey and that is how trust is built. Line upon line precept upon precept here a little there a little.

A Higher Joy

Have you ever thought that our Heavenly Parents (Mother) is the the Hen that gathereth her children. Our Heavenly Mother truly is our shelter and inside of that shelter is our Savior Jesus Christ and he is always there to offer peace in the storms of life. Our Savior is the ONLY one that can offer true peace and comfort when we are lost. He asks all of brothers and sisters (thats you and me) to bring others to him so he can heal them. Jesus is still. He stays but its our job to be gatherers to go out and find the one that needs refuge from the storm.

Our bodies are absolutley incredible that we are able to feel so many different emotions. When we do feel grateful there are two hormones that are release and those are Dopamine and Seratonin. These are the feel good emotions. We often associate these hormones with negative things such as social media, tv, etc but when we can turn those into a positive then those hormones can help us feel joy, and ultimately help us feel that confident quiet peace that we all long for. Where we choose to focus makes a huge difference and ultimately make all the difference. If you are stuck or in a rut try writing a thank you note or calling someone and letting them know how grateful you are for them.

A Higher Joy

Learning to embrace our divine feminine is gift that we can recieve as we seek understanding from our Heavenly Parents and more specifically our Heavenly Mother. She is our compass, she is our wisdom she is the joy and laughter of life. As we discuss the differences between feminine and masculine spirits we hope you can see that gender is so important and when we are in tune with our true biological matter we start to feel a higher joy, more clarity and more in sync with ourselves and with our spouse.

A Higher Joy

Prayer is the number one way that we communicate with God and what an incredible blessing that is. Something that I realized is how important it is to know and understand who you are talking to when we pray. As I discuss in the podcast knowing the nature of our All knowing Father I came to understand that if we don't trust Him then how can we follow the counsel that we receive.

HE Answers our prayer Because of the perfect Love that He has for us, He blesses us not only according to our desires and needs but also according to His infinite wisdom.

As I have come to understand that Wisdom is out Hevanly Mother it has caused me to ponder that when we pray the answer we recive back is from our loving parents. They want us to succeed and grow, so it makes sense that we are their children.

"Joy is our birthright" -Valentine Clarke-. We truly are co creators with our Heavenly Parents, they have given us all the necessary materials to help us feel Joy. As a Mother it is our Job to create necessary material for our kids to create as well. When we choose to be intentional about creating, something magical happens. I am not talking about only smiles but a lasting Joy, one that is hard to describe but a feeling of peace.
