On this episode I take a little dive into male stereotypes and the stupidities that come with them.
There is talk of a few examples of some of these and a little breakdown of things. I dive a little behind the scenes of why these stereotypes exist and where the area of concern is.

Like so many things in life, we have been programmed and influenced by parents, siblings, religion, television, media and society without us even knowing what is going on. We take this and run with it and let it be a basis of how we live our lives, yet we never really stop to question things.

When it comes to relationship and intimacy many men lack in this department and majority of the time it is because of something in the stereotypes & stupidities. This, along with the ego, is the perfect recipe for a disastrous dying relationship.
In order to thrive and truly connect in a relationship we must get passed these and be the change.
It is not always easy to go about things differently and approach things with a different perspective or To take a more pure approach to life and intimacy. But when you do it will pay off, it will be more rewarding and more fulfilling. Not to mention the connection will be deeper.

In this quick 15 minute episode, I touch on the importance of using wet wipes to keep it fresh and clean between the cheeks. Using them is crucial but in order to use them you have to have them. So making sure you have a pack on the back of your toilet at home is a must just like having a roll of toilet paper.

It is easy to have them at home but what about when you are out on the go? Whether for that rare emergency or if you are a regular public pooper, either way you are covered. I talk about the convenience and easy accessibility of having single wipes on and around you. In your car, gym bag or back pocket like a condom back in the day, being ready with single wipes is easily done.

Don't let the ego get in the way of keep your balls and booty as fresh as possible. Take pride in yourself and avoid itchy ass syndrome. Do it for you and keep in mind that if you wanting to be a good partner then do it for them too.

In previous episodes there was talk about being attentive and present when you are with your partner or person of interest and by being in the moment then you realize that so many nuggets of useful information is constantly being presented to you.
You take the info that you discover and then you have to turn that into action.

As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words. There is no surprise or shock there. Listening is crucial in any situation. As you deliver the the action to or for them the best and most memorable way is by doing it with an element of surprise.

All this stuff is fine and dandy but the energy in which you do the actions will make all the difference in the world. For many men, when it comes to emotions, affection and feelings it can be outside of their comfort zone. By doing this it only hingers the progress and evolution of the relationship. So being open and willing to step outside of your comfort zone and do the little things will fuel your relationship and strengthen the love.
