  • Episode 53 with Coach Larry of DUBb Fitness
    2025/06/23

Coach Larry, DUBb FITNESS Meet Coach Larry — a husband, proud father of three, and the heart behind DUBb FITNESS in Stockton, California, where he was born and raised. A lifelong athlete and former competitive bodybuilder, Larry once ranked 4th in the nation as an amateur in his weight class. But his passion for fitness didn’t come from trophies — it came from transformation. After a life-altering DUI in the mid-2000s, Larry hit rock bottom. Depressed, ashamed, and searching for purpose, he made the decision to turn his life around. He walked away from partying, gave his life to God, and in 2007, found healing and clarity through exercise. Since then, fitness has been more than a routine — it’s been his mission. Today, Larry helps busy adults over 35 reclaim their health and vitality in just 30 days, with training just three times a week — no extreme diets or hours in the gym required. His coaching focuses on building strength from the inside out, empowering others to live fully and intentionally. Coach Larry is living proof that real change is possible — and now, he’s helping others do the same.
