87 Good girls don’t need to be told to do more

  • I quit 75 Hard and in this episode I share why I’m perfectly fine with it

    For those of you that don’t know what this is, 75 Hard is a mental toughness challenge that asks you to follow these guidelines for 75 days straight:

    • No alcohol

    • No cheatmeals

    • 2 x 45 min workouts (one outside)

    • Drink 3 l water

    • Read 10 pages

    • Progress photo

    I also added a re-commitment to my screentime boundaries because I felt my social media consumption was getting a little out of hand.

    In this live I share with you why I decided that 75 Hard wasn’t for me (or for any other good girls for that matter) and what I recommend doing instead.

    This approach that I’m sharing in this episode is very aligned with how I teach inside my new group program 4 Hour Work Day Freedom.
