The ego's chief weapon is sleep through the private mind, thoughts, and dreams, creating a mental attack. This illusion of a private mind, associated with the body, leads to secrets and 6.8 billion private dreams on Earth. This creates a trap that doesn't seem to have an external enemy but is the very perspective through which we perceive ourselves. The very private perspective is the trap.
