Chronic fatigue can be so debilitating. Just getting through the day and getting daily tasks done can feel overwhelming. I've been there struggling to make it through the day relying on caffeine to get me through. I was fortunate to have a desk job otherwise I probably wouldn't have been able to work.
I'm sharing everything I did to overcome my own chronic fatigue AND why it's happening. Knowing what's really going on is HUGE because you can try things all day, but when you don't know why you're doing them, it can be challenging to really stick with any changes you make long term.
