Josh Baker and Chevy Knight brought their film “Dry” to the Sherman Oaks Film Festival in 2024 and took home the Filmmakers Award forOutstanding Cast Performance - Horror. They produced the film together with Josh writing and directing while Chevy handled a rather challenging role as the lead actor in this dark, authentic film. As you can tell by our conversation I am a big fan of this film. Chevy and Josh each took a very interesting and even unique path into filmmaking. And who knew that this filmmaking duo who made an engaging and unique film about neighbors met as neighbors. I hope that you enjoy listening to this conversation as much as I did having it.
