このコンテンツについて
On July 10, 2004 Joe Delgrave's life changed forever. A casual boating adventure with his best friends on the Mississippi River turned into a life-altering accident. In a split second, he went from a college football player to a paralyzed 19-year-old. His life as he knew it was over and he had to find a way to live again.
Joe turned his adversity into purpose and found passion in the sport of wheelchair rugby. Joe competed with the U.S. wheelchair ruby team at the paralympics and earned a Paralympic bronze medal. He is now the coach of the U.S. Paralympic wheelchair ruby team.
Off the court, Joe is a sought-after speaker, sharing his story of resilience, leadership, and identity. Joe and I talk about how 'the pause' is so important after a life pivot - to propel us forward to new purpose and passion.
