Hi, my loves! Popping in from my summer sabbatical to share an inspired episode! I am recovering from a cold and have kind of lost my voice, and it surprised me that I wanted to publish an episode so badly. I thought to myself, “your voice is compromised Emily, why do you want to record now?!” And then I realized - the weight of others’ potential judgements and opinions has compromised my voice hugely in the last 3-6 months. So today we’re talking about our physical voices, and our metaphorical voices. Your voice might be compromised too. This episode is for you.
