17: Living With An Eating Disorder

  • サマリー

  • Hello dear Hotties! This week Rach generously and openly shares her experience with something she kept hidden from those closest to her for many many years. This raw and vulnerable chat, exudes honesty and a real insight into how it felt to live with Bulimia.

Rachael dives into the lowest points in her life, how her brain responded to certain situations, where it began, her feelings in amongst her colleagues and friends and how it felt when it was no longer a secret amongst those closest with her. She speaks about how she climbed out the other side with the help she received, both professionally and through those that were closest to her.

This is the very first time that Han and Rach have spoken about Rach's journey with Bulimia. Hannah asks all the questions that she has wondered about for years. This week's chat ended with the biggest of hugs.

Rachael is brave sharing her experience in the hope that it will reach someone who needs it most. We have no doubt you will share this with anyone that needs to hear it.

TRIGGER WARNING/HELP: If you or someone you know need support, or want support to help someone you know, you can contact The Butterfly Foundation on 1800 ED HOPE (1800 33 4673).

Please, if you haven't already, follow, rate and review. We are excited to get into more ears and hearts and this really helps.
