    True rest isn’t scrolling social media or binge-watching TV. It’s about stepping away from the noise. Doug encourages taking mindful breaks—go for a walk with your partner, bring the kids to the park, and leave the devices behind.

  3. Emotions
    Instead of suppressing or analyzing your feelings, allow them to move through you. Emotional flow helps align your frequency with intuitive insight.

  4. Synchronicities
    Pay attention to meaningful coincidences. Note when they happen and how they make you feel. Recording synchronicities can increase your awareness of the unseen patterns guiding your life.
