Chris has been practicing meditation since 2015. He came to it because all the things society says lead to happiness, didn’t. Chasing outcome after outcome left him feeling empty and burnt out. There had to be a better way to live life.

After exploring many forms of meditation, he settled on what he found to be the most effective method of getting to the root of our mind’s conditioned reactivity. His book, Be You – The Journey of Self-Realization, lays the foundation for his courses and teachings.

He had studied with and learned from many of the luminaries of our time, including Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Brian Weiss, Joseph Campbell, A Course in Miracles, and many others who have inspired him along the way.

He's a graduate of the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening and is a certified Meditation Teacher by the World Yoga Alliance (YACEP).

***** The episode started with Kai asking how did Chris end up in Bali where he points out that he listened to his inner voice, rather than the conditioned voice we usually have (5:48). Dell was curious about these voices, where Chris elaborated what these are (6:37).
