Deadly force is justified when there is a reasonable belief that the person, the subject of such force, poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm to a person Or under the circumstances described in the 3. 4e. So essentially what it's saying is any and all circumstances, if you have a weapon, if you're open carrying, which you have the right to do, or even if you're concealed carrying and somehow they know that you're holding that weapon or have that weapon in the vicinity of you, they could shoot you if they think that you pose any type of threat, you know, the laws that were designed to be weaponized against our enemies. is now being weaponized against us.
