    Eli Harwood, is a licensed therapist, author, and educator who has more than 17 years of experience helping people process relational traumas and develop secure attachment relationships with their children and partners. Eli has three children, one husband, one cat, and an extraordinary number of plants.

    Eli shares real life examples from her own journey of transitioning from an insecure attachment style to secure attachment, igniting hope and inspiration that you can do it too.
