    2025/08/14
Tony Tanti, known to many as one of the first true snipers in Vancouver history, joins John Shannon and Landon Ferraro on 100% Canucks. Originally drafted 12th overall by Chicago in 1981, Tanti was traded to Vancouver in 1983, where he blossomed into an elite goal scorer, netting at least 39 goals in five straight seasons and winning the team’s “Most Exciting Player” award five times in a row. The conversation also touches on how he navigated the transition to post-hockey life—making his way into business and finding a rhythm outside the rink.
