In this episode, I speak with social worker, Sophia Considine. Sophia and I work at the psychiatric hospital together. She is my favorite social worker for a number of reasons but first and foremost because of her outlook on life and mental health. She has worked with children, adults, and couples and she has worked with veterans, schools, substance abuse, inpatient, outpatient, and partial-day programs (PCPs) psychiatric settings. Combined with her long list of experience, her attitude, education, and work ethic make her an invaluable resource in the field. This episode is all about social work and mental health.
