Sifu John Goff is a martial arts instructor, on July 16th, 2022 John was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall Of Fame as Master Of The Year. He has been studying martial arts since he was four years old and has a fifth-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and a sixth-degree in Kenpo.

John Goff has been studying martial arts since he was four years old. He is now United State Martial Arts Hall Of Fame and is a sixth-degree in Kenpo. He is also a fifth-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. His advice for other practitioners regarding speed is to relax and coordinate their breath with their movements. He believes that breathing is key to accessing power and energy, and that martial artists have the opportunity to step ahead of trauma and pain.
