In a slight change of pace, Jones spends the majority of this message on the writing style of John rather than the specific content of this chapter, and it is really good to read and talk about! How can we better view the Christian life as a walk that encompasses every aspect of our lives? How can we take inventory of how we are doing in our growth in Christlikeness? May we live our whole lives for Him.
Next week we will be discussing the reading from volume 5, chapter 3 of “Life in Christ” by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones (pages 585-594).
