Which I tend to take as a message from the Universe that I should talk about it on the show! So here we are.
Today we are chatting about WHY slowing down is SO IMPORTANT, how slowing down can actually (suprisingly) end up helping you SPEED UP your healing/growth journey in the long run, and HOW to start practicing slowing down.
Slowing down is literally my number 1 piece of advice I give anyone and everyone who wants to building a stronger relationship with themselves, who want to reach their big goals but keep getting stuck somewhere, or who KNOW they want to heal odl or current wounds. Slowing down is literally the solution to everything!
