From the outside Andrew Hankin had it all - a successful career, a beautiful family and material success. However, on the inside the story was very different. In this episode Andrew shares his story of how he went from chronic depression and planning his own suicide to an incredible transformation back to full health and helping others. Today he run's Hero Transformations, working with people with a wide variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, alcoholism, victims of sexual violence, suicidal thoughts and suicide survivors. This is his story.
