Traci Powell is dual board certified as a neonatal NP (NNP) and PMHNP. She is an internationally Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist and is in private practice where she helps adults who have experienced trauma and abuse heal and become empowered to live their best lives. Prior to private practice, Traci worked in NICUs for over 22 years; at the bedside and as a NNP. In response to growing suicide rates and worsening mental health among nurses, Traci founded Nurses Healing Nurses, an organization whose mission is to heal the heart of nursing and give nurses a safe space to talk about hard things.
