Title: 小馬過河
小馬背著一袋麥子要過河，
小河上沒有橋，
河水嘩啦嘩啦流著，
小馬不知道河水有多深，
不敢隨便過河。
左看看，右看看，
一頭老牛正在河邊吃草，
小馬跑過去問牠:
「牛伯伯，請您告訴我河水有多深?」
牛伯伯說:
「水很淺，差不多跟小腿一樣高。」
小馬聽了牛伯伯的話，立刻要背著一袋麥子過河。
突然，從樹上跳下一隻松鼠，
牠攔住小馬大叫:
「別過河!
你會淹死的!
昨天我的一個朋友就淹死了。」
小馬聽完不知道該怎麼辦，
嘆口氣說:
「唉! 還是回家問問媽媽吧!」
小馬把所有的事情告訴了馬媽媽，
媽媽對小馬說:
「河水是深還是淺，
你不能只聽別人說，
要自己小心的去試一試。」
小馬聽了媽媽的話，
就自己小心翼翼的背著一袋麥子過河去，
到了對岸，牠才發現
河水不像牛伯伯說的那麼淺，
也不像松鼠說的那麼深。
