Program your brain to rise above tension and turmoil.

Enlist the unlimited power of your mind to attain a calm, centered feeling of wellbeing and a peaceful view of life with this proven two-part system of spoken and subliminal suggestions.

In track 1 — Hypnosis — you will be guided through a relaxation induction, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state or inducing sleep, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include:

  • You now live a harmonious and self-fulfilling life.
  • You accept all the warmth and joy in life while detaching from all negativity.
  • You no longer worry about things you cannot change.
  • Every day, you become more peaceful, balanced, and harmonious.
  • You are centered, relaxed, and at ease.
  • You are a spiritual being surrounded by infinite love and wisdom.

You will then be encouraged to imagine rewriting the “ending” to a situation that previously left you upset, this time detaching from the negative, and practice calming breathwork — all of which enhances this programming. You will also receive these key trigger words for your posthypnotic conditioned response: “Peace within.”

Then in track 2 — Subliminal Programming — the same positive messaging will be relayed to you again, this time embedded in calming music. In this way, the suggestions you heard in track 1 will continue to be reinforced through this incredibly powerful mind-programming technique.
