This Baptist preacher spent more than 30 years preaching in the famed New Park Street Chapel, prepared nearly 3,600 sermons, and wrote nearly 50 books. His legacy also includes his amazing treatment of Calvinist and Puritan teaching, a "Down Grade Controversy" near the end of his life, and a funeral fit for a head of state.
