In Jeff Bezos' own words, the core principles and philosophy that have guided him in creating, building, and leading Amazon and Blue Origin.
In this collection of Jeff Bezos' writings - his unique and strikingly original annual shareholder letters, plus numerous speeches and interviews that provide insight into his background, his work, and the evolution of his ideas - you'll gain an insider's view of the why and how of his success. Spanning a range of topics across business and public policy, from innovation and customer obsession to climate change and outer space, this book provides a rare glimpse into how Bezos thinks about the world and where the future might take us.

Finally, we are learning that simplicity equals sanity. We’re rebelling against technology that’s too complicated, DVD players with too many menus, and software accompanied by 75-megabyte “read me” manuals. The iPod’s clean gadgetry has made simplicity hip. But sometimes we find ourselves caught up in the simplicity paradox: we want something that’s simple and easy to use, but also does all the complex things we might ever want it to do.

Great book… but too many repeated stories!!!
Yes it was a great book because he is great!!
However, there are so many duplicate stories across the book!!!
I didn’t want to regret buying it, so I taught myself that the repetition was needed for us readers to understand his messages on a subconscious level!
Think of this book as a quick way to know the one-way messages of Amazon story. If you have more time, go watch Jeff’s videos on YouTube. You might find it more amusing than written on a book or read as an audiobook.
