あらすじ・解説
Create the health you want—mentally, spiritually, and physically
Oftentimes, we’re not consciously creating. By becoming more aware and making healthier choices, we can change our lives.
Healthy by Choice, Not by Chance gives you tools to become more present and mindful. By doing so, you’re better able to notice and change your thoughts, feelings, and emotions into more positive and healthy ones. This, in turn, creates a healthier body, mind, and spirit. Your life is a series of choices, many of them made on autopilot.
Jo Eager shares some of the experiences that led her on the path to health, healing, and self-awareness. She began studying the laws of the universe, body, mind, and soul, as well as fitness and nutrition.
This book came out of her passion for health and well-being, and the desire to help others evolve and grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Healthy by Choice, Not by Chance gives you the power to redirect your future and guides you toward positive change and optimum health.
