I want you to be able to discover what you can do, so I described many experiences to give you that sense of being like others. Not alone. Not told you are wrong. I walk through my own discovery and cultivation of the amazing things that I can do. And I learned what I cannot do, too. Each of us gets to learn about ourselves.
I learned the power of talking with a group of others who are also integrating their capacity into their identity. How just telling the stories of what we experienced, and having them witnessed, brings these qualities to life. So we offer group meetings, too.
