I first met Jenna, my far-distant friend, through an online writing group. It was one of those strange coincidences that in retrospect, I now see as being divine. We met through our desire to write, but what Jenna wrote changed my life.
In the five years running up to the crossing of our paths, I had practiced mindfulness beginning the year of 2020. Jenna introduced me to her meditation technique and tools, and they have allowed me to begin to confront past demons and heal from deep-seated wounds.
What Jenna taught me has also set me on a spiritual journey that I would previously have thought impossible. My atheistic world has been turned upside down, and I am seeing a whole new peaceful way of being.
