Contemporary research shows that most of our thinking, doing and feeling is controlled by our subconscious. Through these pain liberation meditations, we can help you restructure the thinking that takes place within you and help you form new beautiful thought patterns. The second meditation "Journey to your healing source" leads you into your inner depth and enhances your own flow of healing powers in your body and energy field.
